Please provide cleaning supplies for Standard and Recurring Services. We do not offer stepladder and toilet brushes. If you want us to bring Vacuum Cleaner, please choose it in the Extras.

You can apply a discount to a future appointment by logging into your account. You cannot use your discount on past appointment that is already completed.

Please note that we allot a 1-hour arrival window to deal with the unpredictability of traffic, transportation delay, and other surprises. Make your schedule accordingly.

Butterfly Home Cleaning has flexible rescheduling and cancelation Policy. Customers can cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time if it's less than 48 hours before an appointment. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is $70.

Suppose we have to cancel an appointment after the cleaning ladies' arrival because of the unpredicted situation, such as the incorrectly described condition, the existence of bedbugs, or the access to an apartment that is not authorized. In that case, the customer will be fully charged. The Customers are responsible for canceling and rescheduling an appointment through the online account with Butterfly Home Cleaning.

This policy reimburses cleaning team members for blocking off their schedule for you. When you book with them, they do not accept other work during that time. They would lose their income during that period if we had no cancellation fee.

There are no penalties or fees for canceling your service outside of the 48-hour window.

1. During the booking process, please provide instructions regarding keys, alarms, door codes, and pets. Additionally, discuss any specific cleaning requests or requirements unique to your home or personal preferences. This allows our cleaning professionals to come prepared and eliminates any misunderstandings regarding costs or the duration of the visit.
2. Before the arrival of our cleaning professionals, it's helpful to tidy up and remove any clutter. Our cleaning service is focused on cleaning, not organizing scattered paperwork, toys, dishes, or other items. By organizing these things beforehand, you're saving time for our cleaners and enabling them to focus on their primary task. Remember to put away any valuable or delicate items you wouldn't want to be accidentally damaged during the cleaning process.

That's okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we can access the home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

You do not have to be home for cleaning if the cleaning staff has proper directions for entering and exiting your home. Please input these instructions when booking your appointment.
